Delivery & Shipping

At checkout you will be presented with delivery options dependant on your specific location.

To get a delivery cost please place the items you would like into your basket, enter your postcode and the options available to you will be displayed with a price.

-UK Shipping -

Cut-off for dispatch is generally 2:30/3:00pm.

All delivery times are subject to goods being in stock and should be used for guidance purposes only. Same Day dispatch is a selectable option HERE .

We have no ability to determine where your goods are if you have selected regular 1st or 2nd class post as these are non-trackable services and are supplied at the buyers liability. I.E. The buyer agrees to accept that proof of posting is proof of delivery. Royal will not accept a claim for lost or undelivered items until 15 working days have elapsed since the day of posting.

2nd Class Post=Normal 5-7 Days , 15 working Days from day of dispatch Max.
1st Class Post = Normal 1-2 Days, 15 working Days from day sent, Max.
UK Courier = Normal Next working Day, some regions are 48hrs.
UK Super Express Pre 12 = Normal Pre 12 Next Day.
UK Super Express Pre 9 = Normal Pre 9am next day.

With regular untracked items Royal mail will not generally entertain a claim for non-delivery until 15 working days have elapsed since the date of posting. Therefore if you have selected a regular untracked Royal mail service please do not contact us regarding non-delivery if the order until this period has expired. At which time we will do everything in our power to help you determine where your goods are. As advised above. goods sent on a non-tracked service are at your liability and not ours.

Remote UK Highland & Islands: Normally 3-4 working days, 15 working days max(As advised by Royal mail).
Please note we do not decide if you are within these areas, post/delivery areas are calculated by our Royal Mail and/or our couriers and is out of our control.

- EU Shipping -

We only have one EU delivery method, this is normally 2-3 days , 14 days maximum(subject to customs not holding the consignment and clearance in your country(please check for import duties prior to placing your order)).

- Rest of the World -

We only have one "World Wide" Method this is usually approx 7-10 days, 21 days maximum(subject to customs clearance in your country).

Adverse weather conditions and other "out of our control" events (strikes, accidents, road-closures etc.) may slow or delay any delivery. These events are out of our control.
